3P Corporation ("3P"), in accordance with its Basic Commitment

We hold great respect for the dignity of the individual and endeavor to
protect the personal information handled by the Company in line with our
internal rules, fully complying with laws, government guidelines and other
regulations related to personal information, and with the principles of

Taking into consideration the business and scale of the Company, we will
obtain, use and provide personal information using fair and lawful procedures
while implementing concrete measures to ensure it is not used for purposes
other than those specified
3P utilizes personal data within the scope of the intended use that is
clearly communicated to customers. 3P does not disclose or provide personal
data provided by customers to third parties except with the consent of
the customer from whom the personal data was obtained or when there is
a legitimate reason.
We clearly specify the purpose of collecting personal information within
the appropriate scope of our company’s business and we collect, use and
provide personal information using all necessary, fair and appropriate
methods in order to achieve such purpose.
We shall establish, implement and continually improve a personal information
protection management system.

Handling and Scope of use of individual information |

Individual information is information on the personal privacy, and it is
recognized the one of the content worth the recognition of the individual.
However, it is not considered the scope of individual information for information
that statistically processes individual information because no content
that can be identify by individual customer. When information that offers
information offered to the customer who uses this site, pulls one's coat
to the customer named customer's name, the mail address, the telephone
number, and the address for our product and technology, individual information
on a necessary customer becomes the main item. In this case, to get the
dissemination excluding a part of indispensable matter because of the customer
own selection, it descends though it is likely to visit by the purpose
of the giving information etc. corresponding to customer's necessity excluding
these. Our company collects individual information from the customer in

Management of individual information |

The encrypted communication using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is used so
that our company may safely exchange data for which protection like individual
information is necessary. Information between browsers that the web server
and the customer on this site use is protected by using the SSL technology.
Moreover, to use SSL, a special setting
need not be done on the customer side. SSL is automatically used when it is
necessary if a browser corresponding to the security functions of Microsoft
Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, etc. can be used like a usual
setting. Please a pertinent page cannot be displayed, and note that information
might not be able to be input when the setting concerning SSL of a browser used
is not effective and a browser that doesn't correspond to SSL are used.
※The communication by SSL might not be able to be used by the setting when
hooking up to the Internet via in-house
LAN connection and firewall. In that case, please confirm
it to the network administrator.
